Women in Investment Management Event: Strength in Diversity
Federal Palace Hotel Victoria Island Lagos, LagosCFA Society Nigeria aims to contribute to the diversification of the Investment industry in Nigeria through its Gender diversity events. These events are designed to create and maintain a gender-balanced industry by advancing the career prospects of female professionals and motivating the young female participants to aspire to greatness by providing robust support and commitment. The society aims to achieve this via two important platforms - Mentorship & Scholarships.
These platforms are going to be revealed in more detail at this upcoming event. We are also carrying out an industry-wide survey aimed at recognising, revalidating, and rewarding gender balanced industry participants, to encourage a more effective adoption of the Gender Diversity mandate. A gender diverse industry will result in various benefits for all stakeholders and we hope you will join us in actualising this vision.
