Banji Fehintola, CFA
Banji is the director and head of Treasury and Financial Institutions at Africa Finance Corporation. He previously worked with Citibank Nigeria Limited and Arthur Andersen LLP (now KPMG Professional Services Limited).
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Ibadan and a master’s degree of philosophy in international finance from the University of Glasgow. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Ibukun Oyedeji, CFA
Ibukun is currently the managing director of EDC Fund Management, the asset management arm of Ecobank Transnational Inc. in Nigeria. She has several years of experience in asset management, cash and liquidity management, credit analysis, and treasury management. She previously worked with FBN Capital Asset Management Limited (now FBNQuest Asset Management) as the head of the Fixed Income and Money Market team.
She has also worked with Guaranty Trust Bank plc, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Global Markets, and Morgan Stanley International Limited.
Ibukun holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Ibadan and a master’s degree in international securities and investment banking from ICMA Centre, University of Reading, United Kingdom. Ibukun is also a qualified chartered accountant.
Chuka Maduabum, CFA
Chuka is a private equity professional at Uhuru Investment Partners. He is involved in deal origination, deal execution, due diligence, and monitoring of portfolio companies. He has operational experience, having managed companies in the capacity of CEO, COO, and CFO.
He has a master’s degree in financial analysis and fund management from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos. Chuka is a chartered accountant.

Mujtaba Farouk, CFA
Mujtaba Farouk is a portfolio manager at the Reserve Management Department, Central Bank of Nigeria. He has more than 15 years banking and finance experience. He has proficiency in managing fixed income portfolios and foreign exchange trading.
He is a certified foreign exchange trader in the China Interbank Foreign Exchange Market and accredited to trade on the China Foreign Exchange Trade System.
He has delivered presentations on various aspects relating to external reserves management. He attended Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria, where he earned his bachelor’s degree of science in accounting and master of business administration.
Omolola Apampa, CFA
Omolola is an investment manager at Kuramo Capital Management, LLC, managing investments across sub-Saharan Africa. She previously worked as a portfolio manager at Pensions Alliance Limited in Lagos, managing close to $1 billion in assets.
During this time, she also served as secretary of the Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria Technical Committee.
From 2008 to 2014, Omolola worked at the ARM Financial Advisers Limited in Lagos, in different capacities as a business analyst, an equity research analyst, and a portfolio manager.
She has a bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and a master of business administration from the Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom.
Folasade Odunaiya, CFA
Folasade is an executive director in IBFCAlliance Limited. She facilitates training programs in the areas of accounting, business finance, financial analysis, investment and portfolio analysis, treasury management, and credit risk analysis and management.
She started her career with Arthur Andersen LLP (now KPMG Professional Services Limited) where she spent six years working in the firm’s audit and business advisory units.
Folasade has a first degree in computer science and economics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
