This roundtable will have in attendance representatives from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) practitioners in the crowdfunding space, and members of CFA Society Nigeria active in the Nigerian investment management industry.

The objective for this roundtable meeting is to provide a forum to deconstruct the crowdfunding circular recently published by SEC and discuss the biggest issues and concerns about this proposed policy changes and the impact it will have on businesses and the economy.
