CFA Society Nigeria signs MoU with IoDCCG

CFA Society Nigeria and The Institute of Directors Centre for Corporate Governance (IoDCCG) today, 15 February 2018, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate towards:

  • advocating for ethical business behaviour through the establishment of a business network on ethics and integrity.
  • the organisation and facilitation of Programs and Events on ethics, integrity, corporate governance and financial reporting quality

 
Given CFA Society Nigeria and IoDCCG’s mutual interest in advancing corporate ethics and integrity, the two organisations are building synergy towards the development of a corporate alliance that will promote ethics and integrity in the Nigerian business community. The alliance will focus on organising, facilitating and providing knowledge development or enhancement programmes, through seminars, workshops and other events, with the aim of achieving the objectives of advocating and promoting corporate governance, financial reporting quality and ethical business behaviour.

The MoU was executed by the President of CFA Society Nigeria, Mr Banji Fehintola, CFA and the Executive Director of IoDCCG, Dr Nechi Ezeako.
